Black screen after suspend

Hello!

I have a problem. Steps to reproduce:

1. Close notebook lid
2. System successfully suspended
3. Wait
4. Open notebook lid
5. The system successfully wake up
6. Enter password into login form, press <Enter>
7. Black screen (only mouse cursor on screen)...and nothing happens.

My system:
  1. xfce4
  2. linux mint 19.3 with last updates
  3. CPU i5-560m integrated video card.
  4. RAM 8Gb, swapfile 6Gb
