Hi,
I've used XFCE in the past with my Arch and have been experimenting with other DE nowadays but XFCE just seems to be the best fit. It is fast, light weight and awesome. It had been my go-to DE during the times when I used to carry a laptop that weigh around 3 kilos and was not as powerful as my peers'. After all this I still use XFCE and really love how I can not let go of it. Thanks a lot for developing this DE else I would not have been able to get used to Linux in the first place all thanks to my big-and-bad laptop of four years ago.
Also, I would love to help contribute to the community. Although I've never contributed to a DE before but I would love to start it. Any help on how to get started will be really appreciated.
Thanks a lot!
