Make HTTPS mandatory by redirect/rewrite

When entering forum.xfce.org in the address bar http://forum.xfce.org is being loaded.
As a result I often have to change this manually to https, since my login information is stored for HTTPS only.

Since there's HTTPS support and for overall security purposes, wouldn't a rewrite to https://forum.xfce.org make sense? That's how ~99% of the websites handle it nowadays when you load a website.

Re: Make HTTPS mandatory by redirect/rewrite

You should create a bug report in the bug tracker so the website maintainer is aware of it.

Re: Make HTTPS mandatory by redirect/rewrite

It seems like the maintainer read the post above, because there's a redirect active now. Thank you responsible person. smile
