capslock+shift

I have reprogrammed caps lock successfully to prtsc but caps lock still goes on when I hit shift+caps lock. I also set that in settings manager-keyboard-to left ctrl but still shift+caps lock locks the caps. Is there a way to fix this? I often hit shift+capslock by mistake as they are located closely together.
