KDE Discover

I recently installed this on one xubuntu 18.04 and love it. Faster and much nicer than software center. However when I try to install it on another xubuntu 18.04 I get errors. I was following this ask ubuntu post

so I enter this in terminal 

sudo apt-get install plasma-discover \
plasma-discover-flatpak-backend plasma-discover-snap-backend \
qml-module-qtquick-controls qml-module-qtquick-dialogs kdelibs5-plugins

and I get these errors

E: Unable to locate package plasma-discover-flatpak-backend
E: Unable to locate package plasma-discover-snap-backend

I  alsodwonloaded the deb from here
https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/amd6 … d/download

and tried to install it but the software center starts it and then quites before it goes very far
