Window 'change size' greyed out

Hi, this is are screenshots (full desktop) of a program (openTX companion) I  am using to program my RC transmitter.

DEBIAN Testing (1600x900) in vbox on my desktop PC (DEBIAN Buster).

Here I can change the window size.

This is my Thinkpad T450s with DEBIAN Testing (1366x768) as OS.

Here the possibility to resize (get the window smaller) is greyed out, and I can not get the huge window smaller and this is blocking the whole desktop.

I think, both installations of Xfce are set up in the same way and are updated.

Any idea, please?

Re: Window 'change size' greyed out

Perhaps its somehow related to the screen size? The first image has a larger size and maybe more room to expand.

This would be an application issue rather than an Xfce issue.

Installed Linux Mint 19.3 Xfce and there it is ok.

I am going to discuss that in DEBIAN forum.
