Xfce 4.14 - xubuntu 20.04 - multiple monitors

Hi. I have 3 monitors. I configure it to display side-by-side. Almost everything is fine. I need to have 3 monitors, 3 displays, 3 screen. What i need - that when i change workspace it change only on monitor where cursor is. I do not need to move windows beetween monitors. I could do that on xubuntu 16.04, and nvidia-settings configuration, but when i copy configuration or configure from begining system hangs. Maybe I could do that without nvidia settings, but i couldn't find how to configure.
