How to disable 'Execute' in Thunar right click menu?

Hi, I have Thunar 1.6.2 and my profession is a graphic designer. I use Inkscape as my main software so I have a lot of .svg files. But when I'm  trying to open .svg files with double-clicking it on Thunar, instead of opening .svg files with Inkscape, Thunar executes it so nothing will happen or popping up. I don't know what is the problem.

please look at this image Screenshot-2020-04-30-14-59-26.png

Thanks for your attention

Hello and welcome to the forum.

Have you tried Xfce's MIME Type Editor? It's in the Settings Manager.

Another way to set it up is:

right click>>open with>>open with other application>>use a custom command enter inkscape into the space, check use as default and click OK. Now every time you double on an .svg file it will open in Inkscape.  You should also see Inscape in the list.
