cannot restore unset timezone on Orage Clock

i had an issue with another program and wanted to see UTC time.  i had the local time on the panel so i went to properties to change it.  i set it to UTC and worked out the other issue.  then i came back to the  Orage Clock to switch back to local, which was no setting.  but it won't let me UNset the timezone.  how can i UNset it or do i need to find its config file and hack that?

edit:

i went ahead and changed 'timezone=UTC' TO 'timezone=' while it had no processes running.  logged back in and all is well.  so it's probably using the system timezone it gets from somewhere.  it has the correct local time now (EDT).
