How to get terminal's full-screen mode span across two monitors?

Hi,

I would like to have the terminal running in full-screen mode and spanning across my two display setup.

Right now, when I select Terminal > View > Full Screen, terminal goes into full-screen mode, but is only on the left or the right screen.

Thanks,
M.B.

Re: How to get terminal's full-screen mode span across two monitors?

Hello and welcome.

I believe that is a limitation of X windows unless you configure xinerama for your display device. With xinerama, multiple displays are seen as one and maximizing a window will maximize it across all configured displays. For more info see: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/multihead.

Thanks for the warm welcome and for the help. I'll have a look. Probably will mess up my current Linux install smile
