Is there some way, even if it's on app by app base to force Gnome apps to use traditional title bars? I just hate these things and every app that uses them is different. They all seem to follow a theme but each of them seem to implement it differently.

I believe gtk3-nocsd can be used to accomplish this for the time being.

Thanks ToZ. I guess it's a partial solution. It pulls the title out but the rest remains.

Yeah. I adds a titlebar but keeps the rest as a "toolbar". Interesting that you get the filename displayed twice though. For me, its only displayed on the titlebar:

Yes, I didn't realize that at first. I don't know what's happening there. I hate these things. I try to find alternative apps if possible. Not always the case though.
