nm-applet and gtk3 theme

So I've some problem as subject. Actually only tree themes works ok: Adwaita (default), Numix and Vela. So if I try other foor example Quogir ecc.., theme not work on nm-applet menu. I try meny way and searching on web, but I don't know how to resolve.
I'm using XFCE 4.12 under Slackware 14.2 x86-64.

The theme, Adwaita for instance, doesn't effect the tray applet. The icons will change it's look assuming the icon pack provides an icon for nm-applet. If not another one is used. I think from the gnome-icon-theme. Another way to adjust the appearance is to change the panel look under the panel settings.

I  say, my problem is not an nm-appelet icon, but the  popup menu. If I use theme as Numix, Adwaita, Vela, popup menu work so fine; with other theme not!
