Normalize volume in Parole

Good evening.
How do I add the ability to normalize audio volume in video files in the Parole player? Is there a possibility of this implementation and can I ask for this function (sound normalization) to be included in the program in the future?
In my opinion, this function is not enough in the player.
Sincerely, Karen.

Re: Normalize volume in Parole

Long time ago I then it was important to me, I found out that you can add normalization to not some specific program but to whole sound system. You can definitely do it for alsa, for pulseaudio that should be also possible. Did a quick search now, seems this https://askubuntu.com/questions/95716/a … on-content is reasonable. Main theme is the same - you can use LADSPA plugins and that is real magic if you want to improve your sound. In the past I did frequency filtering and normalization for my self-made 2.1 sound system using LADSPA.
