Hello friends of Xfce!
There is something I miss in Xfce: recent files included in Thunar. There are two computers in which I do not use Xfce yet for that reason. I recently found something to get it done.
Just doing:
Open ~/.config/gtk-3.0/bookmarks with your text editor.
Add this line at the end: recent:/
Save the file.
It looks perfect; after that, I can read that in Thunar. But the files and folders shown there, have a padlock and I cannot use them properly. Do you know how could I solve that?
I have tried it in Mint Xfce and in MX Linux, with the same result.
Thanks in advance.

This is a known bug (never added functionality) in thunar. Please see https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/thunar/-/issues/257.

Hello again! I can tell you the final solution I found about it: I replaced Thunar by Nautilus, and I got the functionality with no other problems. Just indicating Xfce that the default file manager now is Nautilus.
