Howto have little top right icons in color ?

Sorry for this newbie question but after using Xfce for 10 years. I realize now how many  opportunities are possible.
But I don't find the way to have the little top right icons in color (see imgur image). Where may I change it ?

Hello and welcome.

Which version of xfce4-panel are you using:

xfce4-panel -V

And what exactly do you mean by "in color"? Do you want to change say the black colour to blue or do you want them as regular multi-coloured icons?
