I would like to request the feature of being able to roll the window up from the title bar.
I utilize the feature of stick and roll with windows and the placement of the title bar floating in random locations on the screen is a bit undesirable. I would like to keep the floating title bar on the bottom of the screen and roll the window up.

Depending on which theme you use, in the top right corner you should have the ^ (up arrow). This will roll up the window leaving a floating title bar.
This however, it not there if you are using a Gtk# app with CSD. You can use gtk-nocsd to convert those apps. Search the term hear on the forum on how to do it. It's a partial solution but works.
Gtk3 without CSD
Gtk3 with CSD
Gtk3 wit NO-CSD

I have the functionality of rolling the window down from the title bar with either the arrow icon or "Roll Window Down" from the action menu.
I want the inverse of this with the window rolling out and up from the title bar, with the title bar located on the bottom of the window and the contents above the title bar. Basically to have title bars on the bottom of windows.

Unfortunately that is not currently possible with xfwm4.

I have never come across that behaviour from a window manager. Do you have an example?
