Disabling About Xfce Desktop window on system startup

How to disable About Xfce Desktop window on system startup after login then ?
And How to get system's shutdown/restart/hibernate/suspend desktop shortcut in order to be easier/quicker to do for such from desktop ?

Settings Manager > Session and Startup > Application Autostart, and check to see if it is listed in your start up applications. If so remove it.

And/or:

Delete the contents of ~/.cache/sessions when not logged in.
