How to have Linux system-level shortcut keystroke alias, that is the system global shortcut, e.g. ctrl-x, ctrl-c etc.
Ctrl-x needs and must have alias ctrl-<NumPad Del>
(Please be attentive; it's system-level alias not shell alias)
How to accomplish this with xkbcomp or any else ?
