Change font size for one monitor in a multi-monitor setup

Hi, i'm running a 4k and several FHD displays. I'd like to increase the font size on the 4k only, but i couldn't find anything about how to do this.
Thanks for your help

Does the xrandr scale function work? See: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Hi … e_displays.

I think it makes everything bigger, not just the font. Am I wrong?

Re: Change font size for one monitor in a multi-monitor setup

I don't believe that it is possible, but I'm not sure if this is an Xfce thing or an Xwindows limitation.

You can run individual programs with larger fonts via:

GDK_DPI_SCALE=2 appname

This might help if its a small handfull of programs that you always run on the 4K monitor.

Edit: Note, this will only work with GTK3 apps.

Oh ok, thank you. I wish they'll implement this in the future.
