How do you install Wine on XFCE? I have some Windows programs I want to run but I only own Linux so can anyone tell me how to install this.

WINE is installed through your distro - not Xfce. Use your distro's method of managing packages in their repositories:
- Debian-based = apt
- Arch = pacman
- Fedora = dnf
...etc
Note, your distro may have a app-store like program that is used to search and manage packages.

A couple things more... Maybe your distro's package manager offers you the option of installing "PlayOnLinux", a frontend for WINE that you might find friendlier (I personally prefer it).
Also, did you know that WINE Is Not an Emulator?
