I did a fresh arch install with xfce4 because I saw pictures about it and some videos and damn... It looks sick imo.
But after finished the installation and set up xfce and logged in, something totally different welcomed me.
This is how my desktop looks like:

It's very different from what I have seen on pictures and videos.
I tried to follow a video that customized xfce but I could not because I don't even have the menus that the guy had in the videos.
Could someone help me what is wrong with my system and how can I solve it?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Hello and welcome.
Customizing Xfce usually involves changing the Appearance (GTK) theme, the Window Manager theme, the icon theme, the wallpaper, and potentially some design decision regarding the components. Xfce's documentation is a little basic, but covers the important pieces.
Since everyone has a different idea what cool or sick looks like, perhaps if you linked a screenshot that you like, we can provide some tips on how to get there.
Also, what version of debian did you install and/or what version of Xfce?
xfce4-about -V
