taskliste: notification area: position of symbols

I have a taskliste with two colums. When I open a program, that makes a symbol in the notification area, I am not satisfied, how this new symbol is integrated into the notification area.

Here is, what really happens:

before:

Here is, what I would like to have:

before:

after:

So what is the difference?
It looks like the symbols are sorted like this:

I would prefer, when it would be sorted like this:
https://www.bilder-upload.eu/bild-84ef0 … 2.png.html

What would be the benefit?
The symbols would change places less often. You would then not have to search for them again and again.

Question:
Is there a way to get what I want to have?

if you only use notification area plugin, go to it's properties and try changing the position of each items by moving it up or down.

Hello,

I have already done this. That's not the point. The behaviour remains the same.

As you can see in my example the new opened program made an icon at the end of the two columns.
It is not placed between the others. Nevertheless it changes the position of all icons.
