"notification area plugin" homepage?

Where can I find the developer of the "notification area plugin" for the taskliste?
Is there a github page for this?
I was not able to find any.

The Notification Area (systray) was a part of xfce4-panel as an internal plugin. I say "was" because it has just been merged with the sntray plugin to create a new Status Tray plugin. See the xfce4.16pre1 announcement for more info.
