How to change mouse cursor color

How to change mouse cursor color to be a certain bright color, and I / typing cursor to be smaller ?

The easy way is to find, install and use another cursor theme.

The harder way is to edit an existing or create your own theme to tweak the cursors specific to your need. This link should get you started.

How to install, it told kinda:

Failed to launch URI osc//install?......

               The specified location cannot be found

If you are just clicking on the Install button, note the message below:

*Needs pling-store or ocs-url to install things

You can click on the links for information on how to install those utilities.

The manual way is to:
1. Go to the cursor theme's "Files" tab on xfce-look.org and click on and download the file.
2. Copy the extracted contents to ~/.icons (create the folder if it doesn't exist).
3 Then go to Settings Manager > Mouse and Touchpad > Theme tab and you should see if there to select.
