[SOLVED] Can't use lightdm-webkit2-greeter

Hello, I'm using Debian 10 and xfce 4.14, I installed lightdm-webkit2-greeter from here https://software.opensuse.org/download. … t2-greeter,
I uncommented and edited this way the line

greeter-session=lightdm-webkit2-greeter

in my /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf but even when rebooting I still get the usual greeter.

Re: [SOLVED] Can't use lightdm-webkit2-greeter

Look at your lightdm log files (usually in /var/log/lightdm). It might give some hints as to why its not starting.
Also make sure you uncommented the greeter-session entry under the uncommented "[Seat:*]" section.

Thank you, I forgot the "[Seat:*]" section.
