[SOLVED] Title bar hidden under panel for maximized windows

Hello, I'm using MX and I moved the panel to the upper side of the screen but when I maximize a window the title bar gets hidden by the panel.
I found this but none of its suggestions fixed the issue.

Edit: I also noticed that my upper desktop icons are affected, they are partially hidden by the panel

Check in "Panel preferences", first tab "Display", if  "Don't reserve space on borders" is marked (it must to be unmarked).

Solved, using the MX tweak tool is the only way to not mess things.
