New look of Xfce desktop on CentOS 8

Hi!
I have just installed Xfce on CentOS 8 minimal with

dnf groupinstall Xfce

But instead of the look and feel that I love with the bottom panel and top left menu like this:

I get something completely different more like Gnome, which is exactly what I want to avoid with Xfce.

Is there any way to go back to "classic" Xfce look?

This seems to be xfdashboard.

Deactivate it in Applications->Settings->Session and Startup->Application Autostart
(I personally simply uninstall it)
