Drag'nDrop Icons on Desktop

Hello,

im more than happy with my XFCE 4.14(gentoo) but one little thing keeps bothering me: I have 3 monitors and when I drop a file from e.g. thunar to my third monitor's desktop the file will appear on the very left of my first screen. It is a little bit annoying because then in a second step I will minimize the window of first monitor just to move the file to the third monitor's desktop and maximize first monitor's window again. Is there a way to make dropped files appear next to the cursor where they are actually dropped on the desktop or could I specify at least that it will appear somewhere on the third monitor(3840<X<5760)?
