Set a minimum brightness threshold with xfce 4 and the power-manager.

Hello, I have a laptop with ubuntu 20.04 using the environment xfce (I would have liked to install xubuntu, but it is only updated every three years). I cannot minimize the brightness with power-manager, setting a minimum threshold (otherwise my screen is dark). That is to say the possibility (simple) as for other environments, not to go below a certain value of brightness. Regards
