How to unset Alt + mouse-select-click to move the window?
Must unset Alt + mouse-select-click to move the window, and the rest of key shortcut on such condition
How to do it correctly?

Menu > Settings > Window Manager Tweaks > Accessibility tab ...
You can change the Alt key to something else there.
