I've been rebooting a lot in the past few days while trying to create an mdadm array on my Xubuntu 20.04 laptop, and the last time I did so a popup message appeared that 'bounce buttons are enabled.' I never enabled any such thing, and I don't know where this came from. According to wikipedia it is for people with handicaps who need to stop multiple keypresses. My keyboard seems to function the same as it always did, but at least I'd like to find where this came from - it's not under Settings > Keyboard, at least I couldn't find it there.

It's in Accessibility. Click on the menu icon on taskbar, then click on settings, then Accessibility. It's under the Keyboard tab.
