Keyboard shortcuts trouble

With the latest update to Xfce I'm suddenly having trouble with the shortcuts for the commands

move_window_next_workspace_key
move_window_prev_workspace_key

My usual shortcuts are Super+PageUp (prior) and Super+PageDown (next). Now PageDown works but PageUp doesn't. With the built-in shortcuts, it's the other way around: Ctrl+Alt+Home takes the window to the previous workspace, but  Ctrl+Alt+End does nothing. Obviously I can use the two working shortcuts, but it's going to be difficult to remember which works in each pair!

If it's relevant, I have a vertical panel.

Well, it doesn't seem that anyone has any suggestions. Can anyone tell me how to report this as a bug? I clicked on Bugs and got dumped into gitlab with no explanation of where or how to report a problem.
