mailto: hyperlink open Outlook webapp with to address filled in

Hi All,

Wondering if this is possible. I use the Outlook webapp through Chrome on my arch laptop (have to for work). I want to be able to click on a mailto: hyperlink on a webpage and have it open an email from within the Outlook web app. So far I can get Outlook to load up from the panel with:

/opt/google/chrome/google-chrome --profile-directory=Default --app-id=blahblahblahblah

mimeapps.list has the following line

x-scheme-handler/mailto=xfce4-mail-reader.desktop;

And xfce4-mail-reader.desktop contains

Exec=exo-open --launch MailReader %u

With MailReader being

exo-open --launch MailReader %u

So now if I click on the mailto: link in a webpage it does load up Outlook, but I am stuck on the part that would make it load up the email composer with the address loaded into it. Anyone tried to do something similar or may have some idea on how I could attempt it?
