[SOLVED] Gray rectangles durin loading

I see that during loading xfce4, under panels, apperars for a second a gray rectangles followed to panels replace correctly. To resolve I try to tourn off xfce4 native compositor worked fine. Can you say me wy?

After some test I know why appear gray rectangle on loading under panels. It not depend to compositor,, but splash screen. In fact Id I choose frot none (default) to mice, problems it's solved.
