Unwanted border on Max windows

I'm seeing a small (2 pixel?) border on all my maximized windows. The panel, at the top of the screen, is fine. The window below it has a very thin bit of the picture or solid color on the desktop showing around it on the left, right and bottom.

I have removed the shadows from all windows in the compositor menu. Even disabled the compositor ... but no difference seen.

Here's a pic showing the top left corner of the screen:

I'm using xfce 4.14 on Ubuntu 20.04.

Check your margin settings at Settings Manager > Workspaces > Margins tab.

Re: Unwanted border on Max windows

Well, that was easy! Left, right and bottom were set to 2. Changed to 0 and it is now perfect.

Thanks so much.
