xfce4-terminal: select all does not select all

Up to perhaps a month ago, when I chose "Select All" (either menu selection or shortcut) I would get all the content (including scroll buffer) included in the copy.

Now, all I get is the visible portion (screen), unless I manually select the visible and scroll buffered text.

Is this a bug / new behavior?  Can we resolve this?

xfce4-terminal 0.8.10 on 5.11.2-arch1-1 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Re: xfce4-terminal: select all does not select all

Thank you ToZ; I appreciate the link. That [upstream issue] is unfortunate "development." :-(

Over the past 8 months I've encountered two VTE-related issues affecting xfce4-terminal (the other being the find command failing to find all matches: https://forum.xfce.org/viewtopic.php?id=13170 ).

As a xfce desktop environment user and as much as I love xfce4-terminal, KDE's Konsole is a quite similar (tabs; ...) non-VTE alternative.
