Single window transparency?

I've seen like one thread discussing this issue but their solution didn't work. Their solution was the hold alt and scroll wheel on a windows decoration but that has no effect for me. Running Xubuntu 18.04 if helpful.

Re: Single window transparency?

Hello and welcome.

Try running the following command:

xfconf-query -c xfwm4 -p /general/zoom_desktop -s false

Also, Alt needs to be set up as the "key used to grab and move windows" on the Accessibility tab in Window Manager Tweaks.
