Ubuntu shutdown message ...

Hello, I come back to you today because you have helped me a lot in the past.
Since updating to Ubuntu 20.10 (groovy) XFCE I have a disturbing message on the background of my terminal.
After some research I saw that this sometimes happens on Arch but rarely on Ubuntu!

Could someone point me or give me a start in order to resolve this case.
