Screen locking during video sessions

When I am in a video session such as Zoom or Google Meet, the screen locks up if I don't use the mouse or keyboard every once in a while.
If I remember to activate Caffeine, that works, and I know that I could disable screen locking altogether -- but just wondering if there is a way to make Xfce recognize video activity and refrain from screen locking while a video session is taking place.
