hello here`s my problem: The width of the settings manager window broke. I can make the window wider, but I cannot make the back thinner. I cannot maximize the window to full screen either. Vertical expansion works fine. There is no such problem in other windows. I tried to resize by dragging the edges or holding the alt key with the window resizing function. If I choose a program that opens in the same window, then I can change the size. But when I return to the settings manager, it will again become as wide as it was. Rebooting the system didn`t bring any results

Hello and welcome.
It was a known bug that was fixed in exo version 4.15.2. Here is the original bug report.

Thank you.
The solution I found is to edit the conf file ~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-settings-manager.xml, and to reduce the "value".
This does not completely solve the problem, but it removes the consequences. I'll write if I can figure out how to fix it basically. If I find a solution. I am trying to figure out exo but it is a little tricky for me
