I'm running PCLinuxOS XFCE. The version of XFCE is 4.16. In this screenshot I'm running the application Screenshooter 1.9.9-1. I've noticed that the save button is on top. Also it does the same to audacity. On the other distros I've been using, the save button is in the right lower corner. Is there a way to move the save button from top right to bottom right?

You can run the following command to return them back to the bottom of the window:
xfconf-query -c xsettings -p /Gtk/DialogsUseHeader -s false
...or via xfce4-settings-editor in the xsettings channel.
