But it is disappear after i remove purge and install pulseaudio. Pulseaudio sound system and xfce volume daemon are enabled in startup. I installed xfce4-volumed, "xfce4-panel -r", but nothing change

Hi, I use xfce4 and xubuntu 14.04.
Are you sure it's 14.04? Support for that version ended back in 2019. If so, you should seriously consider upgrading.

the pulseaudio plugin does not appear in indicator plugin - it is a plugin of its own. All you need to do is add the pulseaudio plugin to the panel.

Yep, I enable Extended Security Maintenance, it's supported until April 2022.

Sound volume icon isn't listed in "+ add new items". Before i remove pulseaudio, it's listed in indicator plugin

It would be called "Pulseaudio Plugin". If it is not showing, then make sure you have xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin installed.

Perhaps you were using another sound applet.

Thanks, but the xfc4-pulseaudio-plugin is not contained in repository of ubuntu 14, except the xfce4-volumed

In that case, you must have had another applet in its place. When you "removed and purged" pulseaudio, what do your logs say about packages that were removed.
Also, have you re-installed pulseaudio or are you using just alsa now?
Edit: Just fired up 14.04 in a VM - it uses "sound-indicator" to provide the volume control.
