How to get rid of panel outline

https://imgur.com/a/pDdbE39

You can see here the panel is transparent, however it still has a defined outline around it (indicated by position of the black paint line). How/is it possible to get rid of this? I like to have a completely transparent panel?

Also, is it possible to make it so that the transparency changes when you have a maximised window?

Re: How to get rid of panel outline

Hello and welcome.

First, try by unchecking "Show shadows under dock windows" located at Settings Manager > Window Manager Tweaks > Compositor tab. If that doesn't work, it might be a theme configuration that needs to be changed.
