Hi
I am not sure what happened, but my XFCE desktop lost the title bar from all windows. Window manager is not opening.
See here:

System conf:
Arch Linux (latest)
Xfce 4.16
lightdm
Any idea?
I tried re-installing xfwm4 but same result.

Hello and welcome.
xfwm4 --replace
...should restart it.
~/.xession-errors should give some hints as to why it crashed.
If its not coming back on a fresh login, delete the contents of ~/.cache/sessions before you log to Xfce.

Deleted the contents of cache/sessions -> same problem
tried replace switch -> same problem
Here is the error file from session, it says this is a bug!
/usr/bin/iceauth: creating new authority file /run/user/1000/ICEauthority
xfce4-session: No SSH authentication agent found
gpg-agent: a gpg-agent is already running - not starting a new one
(xfwm4:534): Gdk-ERROR **: 00:15:33.300: The program 'xfwm4' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)'.
(Details: serial 2483 error_code 2 request_code 151 (GLX) minor_code 24)
(Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the GDK_SYNCHRONIZE environment
variable to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)

xfwm4 is crashing:
(xfwm4:534): Gdk-ERROR **: 00:15:33.300: The program 'xfwm4' received an X Window System error. This probably reflects a bug in the program. The error was 'BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)'. To debug your program, run it with the GDK_SYNCHRONIZE environment variable to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)
What video card and video driver do you have?
Try running xfwm4 with GDK_SYNCHRONIZE:
GDK_SYNCHRONIZE=1 xfwm4
...then look at the coredump wiki article on how to get a backtrace. You may need to build xfwm4 with debug enabled to get to the root of the problem.
