Hello, there's a way to switch the workspaces from the panels using the mouse wheel?

Greetings, and welcome to the forum!
Setting this up the GUI way...
[Whisker] Menu > Settings Manager > Window Manager Tweaks > Workspaces Tab > toggle the settings you'd like.

Since had asked "... there's a way to switch the workspaces ... using the mouse wheel?" I think I answered your question. Imho, xfce provides the basic functionality, albeit not the "gnome way". Did you even try adding the workspace-switcher widget to your panel, and then test it with your mouse wheel?
