I like window border inherited from Adwaita theme in 4.16 (eg. Settings window its look nice and modern).
Is there any possibility how to force Adwaita theme also for rest of application like .. xfce-terminal.
I see Adwaita theme in Appearance but not in Window Manager theme.
It will be nice have unified all windows with Adwaita window border.

You can do that by adding the environmental variable GTK_CSD=1 (either globally or per user account).

HI,
thanks for reply ... I checked the link and
1) This variable [/Gtk/DialogsUseHeader] I have set on true
2) I tried export variable and run eg. Thunar .. but still no change
[svatuska@embedit ~]$ export GTK_CSD=1
[svatuska@embedit ~]$ echo $GTK_CSD
1
[svatuska@embedit ~]$ thunar
3) In link is mentioned that variable .. have to be set by xfce4-session .. can you advice me how ... because I tried create variable but probably with wrong way or in wrong category don't know. I tried crate variable in Settings Editor .. in root of xfce4-session .. but also no effect.

Note that, you have to terminate the running Thunar daemon so that the env var is taken into account.
As for where to put the variable:
/etc/xdg/xfce4/xinitrc (or a copy of that file placed in ~/.config/xfce4/)

I do GTK_CSD=1 per single program, since some will look weird with csd.
By changing desktop/menu shortcut line from
some-gtk3-program
to
env GTK_CSD=1 some-gtk3-program
