[SOLVED] xfce4-notes 1.8.0 color in Linux Mint Cinnamon

This was installed from the software repository of a fresh install of Linux Mint Cinnamon 20.2. How can I change the colors? The frame is yellow background with white text. The note background is also white and the cursor is still invisible.

The older versions' functionality was much better. Upgrading to Gtk3 may be a technical improvement, which is lost on the average user. The previous versions' simple and necessary options were removed. I am referring to changing the background color and quitting (shutting it down) the program when necessary, which sometimes is. Now I must do it through the process monitor.

If you are not running it on Xfce, you can change the gtk colours by directly editing the /usr/share/xfce4-notes-plugin/gtk-3.0/gtk-main.css file.

This method should still work to change the cursor color.
