Dark theme on KDE apps

I'm trying to apply a dark theme to my KDE apps under Debian 11 XFCE (mainly Dolphin).
I installed KDE Plasma using tasksel so that I have access to KDE system settings to change themes.
Now when I select Breeze dark, only some parts switch theme, leading to a broken and unusable interface :

EDIT : I also tried installing the qt configuration package (qt5ct) as suggested in this old topic and then changing themes from there but that didn't help.

There seem to be some conflicts when all of these are installed but I don't know which kde packages to uninstall at this point, and unchecking KDE Plasma in tasksel didn't remove the KDE settings.
