A "starry sky"screen artefact flash on every time XFCE desktop startup

I use Xubuntu 21.04 and get an one-time "broken screen" artefact every time on the XFCE4 desktop startup: immediately after graphical login and before the XFCE4 desktop appear. This artefact displays one second and then disappeared and XFCE4 desktop works fine until the next restart.

The artefact looks like this:
Screenshot 1 the PC boots up first time of a day.
Screenshot 2 the PC reboots.
Screenshot 3 the PC reboots from a Xubuntu 14.04 seance.

Some information about the PC:
-  Motherboard: BIOSTAR R690A-M2T (Phoenix BIOS v.6.00 PG)
-  CPU: AMD Sempron LE-1300, socket AM2
-  RAM: DDR2, 2048 MiB
-  Graphics: built-in AMD690G chipset (family R400, engineering name RS690, marketing name X1250),
-  23" monitor connected using VGA interface.
-  HDD: IDE 160 GiB Seagate, swap partition 2 GiB.

Additional information about the graphics subsystem (inxi -G):
Device-1: AMD RS690 [Radeon X1200] driver: radeon v: kernel
Display: server: X.Org 1.20.11 driver: loaded: ati,radeon unloaded: fbdev,modesetting,vesa resolution: 1920x1080~60Hz OpenGL: renderer: ATI RS690 v: 2.1 Mesa 21.0.3

I use the mainline kernel <<< Linux version 5.14.1-051401-generic (kernel@sita) >>> because the stock one <<<Linux version 5.11.0-16-generic (buildd@lgw01-amd64-035) >>> causes the system random freezes several times a day.

Can someone help me to solve this "artefact issue"? Of course, this is not critical but esthetic issue. All other things works very smoothly. Thank you.
