About windows does not display

I am able to compile and install XFCE into MS CBL-Mariner successfully. The only minor issue I have is that the About Window does not show up. Does anyone know why?

Was the xfce4-about executable compiled and installed? If not, what configure parameters did you use when building libxfce4ui?

I used Linux from Scratch in compiling xfce4. For libxfce4ui, I used gtk+3 so my configure parameters are: ./configure --prefix=/usr/local --enable-glibtop --enable-epoxy --enable-gudev --enable-introspection=no --enable-startup-notification

What happens if you run "xfce4-about" from a terminal window?

Also, what version of xfce, and more specifically, libxfce4ui, did you build?

When I ran xfce4-about from a terminal window, it complained that libgtop was not installed. After I installed it, the about windows shows up now. The libxfce4ui I built is 4.17.1. Thanks!
